The Type-800 is a compact air regulator that supplies precise air pressure control for applications where space is limited. This high quality unit, available in five pressure ranges up to 100 psig (6.8 BAR), offers the same dependable performance as ControlAir's larger precision air pressure regulators. An oversized supply valve provides the Type 800 with significantly higher flow capacities than competitive units of similar size. The Type 800 is also available with a variety of convenient port sizes and mounting options. Corrosion resistant materials, lightweight construction and low cost, combine to make the Type 800 ideal for any application where space is at a premium.

The Type-700BP Back Pressure Regulator is a high flow, highly accurate pneumatic relief valve with an adjustable set point. It's primary function is to provide protection against over pressurization in the downstream portion of a pneumatic system. This precision unit is capable of handling flows up to 50 SCFM. A rolling diaphragm provides the sensitivity that causes the Type-700BP to vent to atmosphere in response to the slightest upstream changes.

The Type 700 is designed for applications that require high flow capacity and accurate process control. A poppet valve which is balanced by utilizing a rolling diaphragm insures a constant output pressure even during wide supply pressure variations. Stability of regulated pressure is maintained under varying flow conditions through the use of an aspirator tube which adjusts the air supply in accordance with the flow velocity

This pressure regulator provides the highest level of regulation accuracy and repeatability available in a compact, lightweight housing. A force balanced pilot control maintains output pressure to within 0.05 psig (3.44 millibar) with minimal drift over time. The ControlAir Type-850/860/870 Series are compact units that economical, high performance pressure regulation of compressed air (Type-850), water (Type-860) or drinkable water (Type-870). Designed specifically for the OEM market, these units are ideal for compressed air or water pressure control applications. The highly sensitive diaphragm-operated design delivers accurate downstream pressure by eliminating the problems caused by sticking in piston designs utilized by competitors. A molded rubber supply valve provides accurate regulation and prevents leakage.

The Type 350/360/370SS series of stainless steel regulators, filter regulators and filters are designed to stand up to the harshest environments while providing highly accurate pressure regulation. Proven 316L stainless steel housing and filter assemblies along with fluorocarbon diaphragm construction make the 350/360/370SS compatible with sour gas and adaptable to off shore environments. The Type-3500/3600 provides a low cost, dependable regulator to reduce inlet pressures from as high as 6000 psig (413 BAR) down to working pressures ranging between 0 and 225 psig (15.5 BAR). This first cut regulator is available in three separate spring ranges. The Type-3500 is of brass construction and the Type-3600 is constructed of 316 Stainless Steel. These versatile devices can be used as pilot supply where a high-pressure operating valve must be controlled by a gas regulator pilot. The Type-3500 is designed for use with noncorrosive gases. The Type-3600 is designed to conform to NACE MR-0175.

 The Type-100 is a high precision, multi-stage pressure regulator. This pressure controller provides the highest level of regulation accuracy and repeatability available. The Type-100 is ideal for applications that call for the utmost of control and maximum stability under variable operating conditions. A stainless steel measuring capsule is used as a sensing element to activate the high gain servo balanced control mechanism in which the main valve is controlled by a pilot valve.This allows for greater accuracy and eliminates many of the problems associated with conventional regulators using range springs and diaphragms.

The ControlAir Type-100M Motorized Air Pressure Regulator is designed to provide precise pneumatic control by use of an electrical signal. This highly accurate device is well suited for pneumatic control of a system from a remote location. Utilizing two tandem synchronous AC Motors, each having it's own set of leads, but operating through a single output shaft, direction of rotation is dependant of which set of leads power is applied to. The motor is coupled to ControlAir's Type-100, which is a high precision, multi-stage air pressure regulator with low power requirements.
OPERATION:
When no electrical power is supplied the regulator maintains a precise set point despite variable supply pressure conditions and flow rates. When power is applied to the motor the regulator pressure output changes intermittently.

The Type-300 Instrument Air Filter Regulator is designed to provide clean, accurate air pressure to instruments, valves, and other automatic control equipment. This filter regulator has been proven to provide accurate operating characteristics under variable conditions. Durable materials and a standard epoxy paint finish provide long lasting corrosion resistance in harsh industrial environments. The Type-310 NACE Filter Regulator incorporates all of the operating features of the Type-300 filter regulator, but is constructed of materials that meet NACE specification #MR-01-75 for sulfide stress cracking. Designed specifically for corrosive sour gas environments, the Type-310 NACE is ideal for oil field applications.
The Type-320 Filter unit is a 40-micron depth filter that removes dirt, moisture and other particles from air and gas lines. Robustly constructed of die-cast aluminum with a baked epoxy finish, this unit stands up in corrosive operating conditions. This filter is an economical alternative for air supply line applications that don't require a pressure reducing regulator.

The Type-330 Filter Regulator with Automatic Drain automatically flushes out condensate waste liquid when a change in air flow occurs or when the supply pressure is reduced. The low maintenance Automatic Drain helps prolong the life of the regulator and filter by preventing corrosion on the bottom of regulator and reducing the load of the filter.

All solid state circuitry converts standard 3-15, 3-27 or 6-30 psig instrument air into 4-20 or 10-50 mA outputs (4-20 mA only for FM and CSA approval) with uncompromising accuracy and durability. Custom pressure ranges are also available. The P200's explosion-proof housing allows it to stand up to the most hazardous and demanding applications. The P200 is FM approved and CSA certified as NEMA 4 (Enc. 4) for all locations and explosion-proof for Class I, Div. 1, Groups A, B, C, D; dust ignition-proof for Class II, Div. 1, Groups E, F, G; and suitable for Class III, Div. 1 locations.

Now there's a compact I/P transducer that delivers reliable high performance for the toughest applications in the most hazardous environments: the T950XP from ControlAir.The 950XP converts an electrical current signal to a stable, pneumatic output to actuate valves. Its NEMA 4X (IP66) housing is designed for both Intrinsically Safe* and Explosion-Proof* operation. Advanced circuitry includes electronic feedback control for superior vibration protection and highly accurate output.
With flow rates up to 12 SCFM(20m3/hr), the 950XP has the muscle to drive large valves and actuators. Yet because it typically consumes only .05 SCFM (0.11m3/hr), it not only costs less to buy, it costs less to operate as well. And because it takes impure air in stride, downtime is reduced, too.
The 950XP gives you big flexibility. Its small footprint can fit into tight spots. Its standard mounting bracket lets you mount it directly on a valve, wall, panel, or pipe. The advent of the long stroke rolling diaphragm as a means of low-friction dynamic sealing has led to the development of ControlAir's line of Diaphragm Air Cylinders.
